After being dormant for more than a year , all of the sudden this feeling of blogging comes back urging me to blog on something. Over the past year, many events took place in my life and it really was a roller coaster feeling . Regardless whether it has to do with my career or social life, there are always times when things won't get into the way you wanted it to be. But, nevertherless it still kept me going till this day and i hope that it would be better in the future times to come.
Looking back to 2008, there are a few things that i could say that i can be grateful of. Eg: Travel to Taiwan, Got promoted in my drum team and performed in many places, pick up new skills, making new friends and trying hard to keep in touch with existing ones, Enjoying the company of my new always-curious-about -something- female colleague, and having babies that i've never knew i had before.... ( Ooops ! the last 1 was a lie....). Recalling back makes me feel that it wasn't all that bad anyway. My Beloved Country Malaysia sufferred their biggest slumps than the slumdog millionaire when they lose their 2/3 majority which they had been enjoying ever since the May 13th 1969. Looks like their old trick in politics doesn't going to work that smooth anymore after all.
Now that it's already half way of 2009, I wonder what's God's plan for my so called "destiny". Although i'm a christian , i don't really buy this "destiny" thing but there's always a part of me that wants so badly to believe in it. In fact, i believe such question hits everyone in the head at least once huh?
This year for me, i would say that some plans are already known while others remained uncertained. Questions like..." when will my family be united as 1?" , " When will i reach the career level that i've always wanted to achieve?" , "Will i achieve my financial freedom in the next 10years ?" , " How long can i keep up with my drum team?" , "will the woman of my dreams answers my call this year?" , " Will i have to continue making tougher decisions just for the greater good...?" Truthfully, i do not have the answers...
